We’ve been here for a year and are happy with our decision. We appreciate the overall security of the place and the convenient location. We’re even used to the trains. Our unit serves our needs quite well. We’re still adjusting to the lifestyle, but management has been responsive to our requests. We have become aware that the sound barrier between floors is less than desirable so we try to move quietly, especially during late hours. We rarely notice any sound from adjoining units or hallway.

I have so enjoyed living at GRR! The property manager, SJ, is truly one of the best I have ever encountered! She continually makes sure all is well with each tenant as well as going above and beyond to be of help! I more than once have been out of town for work and SJ has kept tabs on my mail/packages as well as offering to check on my cat! I look forward to getting my mail and passing through the lobby so I can catch up with her! On top of the great management, the building is beautiful!
